The Goombungee-Haden AH & P Society Inc. are grateful for the Queensland Government Show Societies Grant and the Toowoomba Regional Council "In Kind" support which enabled the Committee to renovate the ladies showers and the floor of the complete amenities block to be sealed

The Goombungee-Haden AH & P Society Inc. received a grant of $3000 from the Heritage Bank through the Progressive Community Crows Nest Ltd towards the cost of the installation of a stainless steel exhaust canopy in the BBQ Building at the Goombungee Showgrounds
Let's Dance performing at a very successful Show Ball held on Saturday 24th March 2019. The Show Society received a Grant of $1100 towards the cost of the Band through an Events Grant from Toowoomba Regional Council.
Another successful Rodeo was held on Saturday 2nd November 2019. An Event Grant from Toowoomba Regional Council was used to assist with advertising the event, Whiskey Mountain Boys after Rodeo Entertainment and various other costs associated with running the Rodeo.
The Goombungee Haden AH& P Society Inc. sincerely appreciated the grant received from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund to construct a perimeter security fence for the Showgrounds. Various painting work, cement pads to make access to buildings safer and easier for wheelchair and pram access and windows in Show Office upgrades carried out with funds from Toowoomba Regional Council In Kind support and Show Society Grant.
